KEYPOINTS:
- Various committees have been restructured for a period of two years, 2023- 2024
- It shall be reviewed annually to accommodate any changes required to be made.
- Each committee is required to meet at least once quarterly (i.e., four times in a year) and thereby make a report of all actions taken.
- Minute books, Activity Book / Documentation and financial Account books (where necessary) must be maintained, with details of all activities written.
- There will be a Quality Workshop in the beginning of each Semester with Reports on Action Taken Report in the previous semester and Plan of Action for the next semester.
- The agenda, minutes and Action Taken Reports are to be documented with official signatures and maintained electronically in a retrievable format.
- Annual Reports will be published. (Uniform Report Format to be developed)

Responsibilities of ICC:
- To provide assistance if an employee/student chooses to file a complaint regarding sexual harassment with the police.
- To provide mechanism of dispute redressal and dialogue through fair and just conciliation regarding sexual harassment without undermining the complainant’s rights.
- To protect the safety of the complainant by maintaining confidentiality and
protecting the complainant’s identity.
- To provide mandatory relief to the aggrieved by way of sanctioned, leave, relaxation of attendance, transfer to another department as required during the pendency of the complaint.

Nature of Work:
- The Committee shall be responsible for all intra and inter-collegiate socio-cultural events of the college.
- To plan and organize social, cultural and Freedom Arts Society programs and activities in the college.
- To arrange discussion and workshops on issues of social importance, ethical relevance and social events.
- To search, identify, develop & improve various talents and skills of the students.
- To select and guide the students representing the college in socio-cultural competitions (quiz, singing, dancing, debating, painting, drawing etc) organized at various levels.
- To act as screening body in selecting special category candidates (if any) at the time of College admission.
- To retain 15-30% of the Prize Money awarded to an individual or a team representing the College in different competitions; the actual percentage to be retained will be decided by the committee and remitted for the fund of the committee.
- To raise fund or collect donation within & outside the college with a prior permission from the Principal
