The mission of the Visual Arts Club is to further the education of students in fine arts in the fields of painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, video, and craft.
Students will have the opportunity to work on; preparing portfolios for college review including creating a slide portfolio, developing in-depth scale of works with art instruction, organizing art work for local art exhibitions and competitions, producing work for the art partner program, sponsoring local art events such as the holiday print sale, student film festival and community art shows.
The club fosters a sense of camaraderie for fellow art students so that they can support each other in their artistic pursuits. Club members may also have the opportunity to travel to art galleries and museums.
