The Eco Club, Govt. Hrangbana College and Unnat Abhiyan Cell celebrated World Wetlands Day, 2025 on 29th January, 2025 at Tamdil, a wetland area in the Saitual District. A morning meal was served at the roadside as the club journeyed to the spot in the morning. Green Teacher, Mr. R. Lalrinkima delivered a special lecture on the significance of the wetlands and the need for their preservation at the site. Following that, the Eco Club students and Green Teachers conducted a cleanliness drive in the area. During the event, all participants participated in a pledge and learned the importance of environmental protection.
