Govt Hrangbana College organised Grand Dinner (which is a formal farewell programme for the outgoing final semester)on on J9th June 2023 at The Golden Hall.
In the formal programme the EU choir graced the function with their melodious number. Dr. H Lalzidinga,the Principal gave a formal speech to the gathering. He opened his speech with an appreciation to the student for being part of the college community and told the student to be the torch bearer of the college with hard work and honesty.
The resource person of the programme, Mr. Lalrochuanga Pachuau who is the ex-Principal of GHBC delivered a motivational speech asking the student to live with determination and tolerance in their future and, to be become a responsible citizen.
At present there are 2000+ students enrolled in the college out of which 600 students are in the final semester.
All the graduating students were given gift and memento by their respective Department. The student of the nine departments takes their moment on the stage giving one last special items as a student.
After the formal session was over, it was followed by a fare well dinner.
After the dinner, informal session was organised by the college Freedom Arts society.
The organizing committee deeply thanks all the outgoing students who took part in the events, the physical support of the Student Union, all the office staffs with their collaborations, the teaching staffs who were entrusted with different duties, and the Principal for histireless support.
