The workshop commenced with a welcome address by Dr. B. Lalfakawmi, Chairman of the Equal Opportunity and Women Development Cell, GHBC, who highlighted the importance of fostering an inclusive, safe, and respectful campus environment. The resource persons, Mr. Laldinpuia Tlau, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aizawl and Ms. Ramdinmawii, Legal Advisor, Internal Complaints Committee, GHBC delivered informative sessions on gender equality, disability inclusion, legal rights, and the prevention of sexual harassment, while also explaining the role and procedures of the Internal Complaints Committee. A performance by Ms. Remlalvuani, a V Semester student, added vibrancy to the programme. The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Rohmingliani, Chairman of the Internal Complaints Committee, GHBC. Around 350 first-semester students of Public Administration and Economics participated actively, making the programme a great success.
