The Weber Club (Civil Service Aspirant Club) of Govt. Hrangbana College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MS Academy, one of the leading Civil Service coaching institutes in Mizoram, on 28 July 2026.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Malsawmdawngliana, Managing Director of MS Academy, and Mr. Lalthlengliana Hrahsel, Principal of Govt. Hrangbana College. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Club Mentors, Mr. R. Lalrinkima and Ms. Jenny B. Hmangaihzuali, along with the Weber Club Leader Mr. Lalmalsawma and Secretary Ms. Lalkroshlui.

The partnership aims to strengthen the College's efforts in preparing students for Civil Services and other competitive examinations. Under the terms of the MoU, students and alumni of Govt. Hrangbana College will receive a discounted fee for a three-month Civil Services coaching programme at MS Academy. In addition, students who demonstrate outstanding performance during the coaching programme will be eligible for free admission to further coaching at MS Academy.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of Govt. Hrangbana College and MS Academy to promoting academic excellence and supporting aspiring civil servants by providing quality coaching and enhanced learning opportunities
