An Awareness Campaign on “Ruihhlo Do” was organised by the Central Young Mizo Association (CYMA) at Govt. Hrangbana College for the V Semester Education Minor students. The programme was held in Room No. 403.

The main objective of the campaign was to sensitise students about the harmful effects of drug abuse, promote a healthy lifestyle, and encourage cooperation with the initiative taken by CYMA to combat illegal drug trafficking.

Prof. Lalsawmliana, General Secretary of CYMA, delivered a detailed report on drug seizure statistics from the past year, highlighting the alarming rise in drug-related cases. He stressed the urgent need to address drug abuse and illegal trafficking through collective action and community vigilance.

He was accompanied by six other CYMA leaders. A total of 143 students and three faculty members attended the event, actively engaging in the discussion and showing their support for the cause.
